To register for this workshop, please follow the following steps:

  1. Download and complete the Registration Form (pdf).  A completed registration form is required for each participant. We suggest you print out, complete and photocopy this form to have a record of your booking and the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Please mail OR email-(as an attachment) your completed registration to the address on the form or email it to  talkpawsitive@gmail.com.
  3. Submit Workshop Deposit.  To be sure your space is reserved and your participation confirmed, please proceed to the Paypal payment processing link.  A $2000 deposit, along with your registration information is required to reserve your workshop space. Final Payment is due by September 9th.
